Author's Notes: Hi! For anyone unfamiliar with this series, or animanga or yuri fandoms generally, Pretty Cure is a magical girl series--if you've ever seen Sailor Moon, you know basically what that is. Every few seasons the Pretty Cure franchise reboots with a pretty much standalone universe and new characters, and the latest incarnation is called Heartcatch. It's very sparkly and flowery and fun, with charming characters, and the oldest of the group of four heroines whom the series follows has kinda awesome chemistry with one of the main villains. (Enough so that my entry here is only a drop in the bucket when it comes to fanart for this pairing. :D)
