Note: This was originally written for NaNoWriMo 2006. 23 different points of view and 50,000+ words were written in the original draft, which has been partially edited here. This was quite a journey for me to undertake. I've always had a fascination with the Tarot, and LWM has been like my child for 6 years now. That I could combine the two was a fascinating, if not daunting, prospect. I hadn't immersed myself so thoroughly in the lives of the denizens of LWM in a long time. Usually, it's within the context of a single section of the population. This ended up going in a rather broad spectrum that had me changing gears on a regular basis. I'm quite proud of the overall effect, even if there are some things being revealed that might be confusing to the audience. I do apologize for the confusion.
